Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on MDAppCycleTracker, operated by Infused Sips, LLC. Prices are shown before checkout and include all fees we charge; there are no hidden fees.

Tutoring sessions

• 24+ hours before your session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the session is forfeited and not refunded, except in documented emergencies at our discretion.
• If we cancel or the tutor cannot attend: you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.
• Technical problems on our side that prevent the session: free reschedule or full refund.
• Complimentary (free) sessions have no charge and nothing to refund.

Discounts, referral codes, and credits

Refunds are for the amount you actually paid. Referral discounts and account credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Premium features

If you buy a paid plan, its checkout page will state the price and whether it renews. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or where we choose to issue one.

How to request a refund

Email darield@mdappcycle.com within 30 days of purchase with your name, the email used at checkout, and the session date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
