By accessing or using MDAppCycleTracker (the "Service"), operated by Infused Sips, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MDAppCycleTracker provides medical school application tracking tools, match prediction calculators, school browsing, MCAT practice questions, interview preparation, tutoring services, and related educational resources. The Service is available through our website at mdappcycletracker.com and any associated mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Services

MDAppCycleTracker offers both free and paid features. Free features include core application tracking and school browsing. Paid features may include premium analytics, tutoring sessions, and advanced tools.

  • Paid services are billed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Tutoring Services

Tutoring sessions are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Infused Sips, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

MCAT is a registered trademark of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). MDAppCycleTracker is not affiliated with or endorsed by the AAMC. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., application data, profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • Match predictions and school data are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee admissions outcomes.
  • MCAT practice questions are original content and are not from the AAMC or any official test prep organization.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infused Sips, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or admissions outcomes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Infused Sips, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
